Three-bedroom apartment

At 740 m in the forest of the Polhov Gradec Hills, with trails from the door. Children of any age are welcome.

Good to know before you arrive
Getting here
The last 3 km is a gravel road with some steeper sections. A regular car manages it with care in normal weather; higher ground clearance helps, and in snow it can be tricky. Without a car, or in snow, we can pick you up in Polhov Gradec; please check with us before you arrive.
Bring your supplies
There is no shop or restaurant on the property. Polhov Gradec, about 5 km away, has grocery stores and other everyday services.
Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcome on request, up to two per apartment. A pet fee applies.
Questions guests ask
We are only two to four. Can we stay?
Yes. Book one apartment and we close off the bedrooms you do not need, for a lower price. Send us your dates and we will reply with an offer.
Can we bring children?
Yes, children of any age are welcome. There are no cots or extra beds.
How many bathrooms are there?
Five: three in the three-bedroom apartment and two in the four-bedroom apartment.
Is it warm in winter?
Yes. Both apartments have floor heating, and each has a fireplace for the evenings.
Can we drink the water?
Yes, the property has its own natural spring drinking water. It is not chlorinated.
When can we use the pool and the sauna?
The pool is open from June to September, depending on the weather, and is not heated. The traditional wood-fired sauna is prepared on request, for a small surcharge.
What is the road like, and can you pick us up?
The last 3 km is a gravel road with some steeper sections, fine for a regular car driven with care. If you come without a car, or the road is snowy, we can pick you up in Polhov Gradec. Please check with us before you arrive: a fee may apply, depending on the number of guests.
Is parking free?
Yes. WiFi is free too.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00 and check-out by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out on request, depending on other bookings.
Can we rent for one night?
Yes, ask us about a one-night stay with early check-in and late check-out.
Can we organise an event here?
Of course. Send us your dates, group size and plans, for one apartment or the whole property. We may be able to offer a full 24 hours, for example from 12:00 to 12:00 the next day, so you can make the most of your stay.
Are hen and stag parties welcome?
Yes, by prior agreement. There are neighbours nearby, so quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00, and for larger gatherings a security deposit applies, paid in person.
