Prices and payment

Prices and fees are shown live for your dates before you book, including cleaning and the tourist tax. Payment and cancellation follow the conditions of your rate, which are shown before you confirm.

For the whole property and group stays, the conditions are set out in your offer.

Cleaning, the tourist tax and, if you bring a pet, the pet fee are all included in the total you see before you book.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 16:00 to 22:00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
• Check-out by 10:00.
• Early check-in or late check-out on request, depending on other bookings. One-night gatherings include both.
• Check-in details and directions are sent before your stay.

Guests

• Children of any age are welcome. There are no cots or extra beds.
• The guest checking in must be at least 18.

House rules

• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00; there are neighbours nearby.
• Gatherings and celebrations, including stag and hen weekends, by prior agreement.
• No smoking indoors; there is a designated smoking area outside.
• Keep the property tidy.
• Drive carefully on the gravel road; it can be dusty.

Pool and sauna

• The pool is open from June to September, depending on the weather. It is not heated.
• Please supervise children at the pool.
• The wood-fired sauna is prepared on request, for a small surcharge.

Pets

Pets are welcome on request: up to two well-behaved pets per apartment. A pet fee applies.

Security deposit

For larger gatherings a security deposit applies, paid in person.

Right to refuse

The host may refuse service or access on suspicion of illegal activity, disturbance or likely damage to the property, by guests or pets.
